The Universe of Cristina Dall’Igna

With a contemporary plastic vocabulary and an abstract language of its own, it makes use of a universe of shapes and colors that imprint its identity.
Working on the abstract, color is the first search, where the chromatic interventions arise from internal feelings, in a game of light and shadow, with several layers of paint in all planes of his painting.
In her creative process, she uses various techniques within acrylic painting: monotype, texture, collages, etc.
Painting has the possibility of being a field of color and expression, anchored by pleasure, with the function of transmitting the subtle feeling of beauty internalized by the artist.
Due to her professional career as a physical educator, where she works on body awareness, the artist aims to activate, instigate and move the inner of each one.
In order to make life’s journey more fun, playful and meaningful, she expresses her creativity with freedom and dynamism.
Revealing his way of understanding the world, one discovers portals and spaces of transformation within his work that transcend to the true dimension of art.
